Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposit Rules

The following payment methods can be used to deposit funds on bg365: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500. Deposits must be made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

  • Minimum deposit: ৳500 (per method).
  • Deposited funds must come only from accounts owned by the user.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used.

Withdrawal time: after your request is approved, funds will generally reach your account within 1 hour. Delays may occur if identity verification is still in progress.

3.3 Withdrawal Conditions

  • Active bonus wagering requirements must be completed before making a withdrawal.
  • Large withdrawals may be held until KYC verification is complete.

Bonus & Promotion Rules

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members on bg365 will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example:

  • Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.
  • Deposit ৳32,000 and receive the maximum bonus of ৳15,000, giving a total balance of ৳47,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement must be completed before the welcome bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only — not the deposit amount. For example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

Attempting to withdraw a bonus before the wagering requirement is met may result in the bonus being cancelled.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

  • One welcome bonus applies per account.
  • Bonus funds can be used to play all eligible games, however some games do not contribute to bonus wagering.
  • bg365 reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
  • If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the account may be suspended and any accumulated winnings cancelled.

4.4 VIP Programme & Cashback

bg365's VIP programme has four tiers, each offering weekly cashback:

  • Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
  • Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
  • Gold: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
  • Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
